Engagement outline

Focused examination of client-money segregation, bank acknowledgement letters, and daily reconciliation discipline for payment and e-money firms. Typical duration is 2–3 weeks. Fees are starting from ntd 180,000 for a single safeguarding bank and product line.

After a scoping call we issue an evidence request list and confirm whether fieldwork will be on-site in Taiwan or remote sample testing. The deliverable is a written finding register with remediation owners — not a generic scorecard.
