Cookie notice

This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use, and how you can accept or reject non-essential cookies. Related details appear in our privacy notice.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences and, where enabled, understand aggregate usage.

How we use cookies

We use essential cookies (or local storage equivalents) to remember your cookie preference so the banner does not reappear on every visit. If you accept analytics cookies, we may use a lightweight analytics cookie to see which pages are read. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not block access to audit descriptions, field notes, or contact forms.

Cookies table

Name Purpose Duration Provider
bridgepoint_fa_cookie_consent Stores whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies 1 year (localStorage) Bridgepoint Fintech Assurance
bfa_analytics Optional aggregate page-view measurement for field notes (set only if accepted) 6 months Bridgepoint Fintech Assurance

Managing or disabling cookies

Use Accept or Reject on our cookie banner. You can also clear site data in your browser settings, which removes the stored preference and will show the banner again. Browser controls can block cookies entirely; essential preference storage may then be unavailable and the banner may reappear.

Third-party cookies

Embedded fonts may be requested from Google Fonts; that request can expose your IP address to Google according to their policies. We do not load third-party advertising cookies. Image hosts serving public photographs may receive standard request logs when pages load.

Impact of disabling

Disabling non-essential cookies does not remove site content or prevent you from requesting a scoping call. Disabling all storage may prevent us from remembering your banner choice.
